| Details of Position: |
- Assist the Project Team in preparing and maintaining all project related documents including permit application, reports, quotations, variation orders (VOs) and up-to-date records
- Provide administrative support to internal and external users, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Maintain the organized filing system of all correspondences of each project
- Support and assist in ad-hoc as assigned |

Qualifications Requirement: Asso. Degree or High Diploma
Experience Requirement: 3 Years |
Computer Application: Skilled |
Language Proficiency: Cantonese / Fluent English / General Mandarin / General |
| Others: |
- Diploma or above in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail projects experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills
- Immediate available is preferred
**Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Officer**
