| Details of Position: |
- Manage and optimize the Group’s loyalty programs, CRM system and VIP reward program
- Assist in developing, planning and execution of CRM strategies and promotions according to the Group’s objective in order to achieve KPIs as assigned
- Analyze database for formulating CRM initiatives in order to drive sales, acquisition and loyalty of members
- Plan and organise creative CRM campaigns, workshops or events to enhance members’ experience
- Explore and identify opportunities for joint promotions with potential partners to increase member database and offer more value to existing members
- Design and create promotional messages and materials to deliver effective and seamless communications engaging members via in-store POP, eDM, social media platforms and etc.
- Liaise and work closely with internal or external parties to ensure efficient operations and timely rollout of CRM activities
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare reports
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned |

Qualifications Requirement: Degree
Experience Requirement: 4 Years |
Computer Application: Skilled |
Language Proficiency: Cantonese / Fluent English / Fluent Mandarin / Fluent |
| Others: |
- Bachelor or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
- 4 to 5 years of marketing experience with focus on CRM or Customer Loyalty Program
- Strong understanding of CRM, database management and segmentation
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with creative mindset
- Independent and be able to work under pressure with strong ability to prioritize works
- Working experience in retail or jewellery industry is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
