| Details of Position: |
- Assist in organizing marketing and CRM campaigns
- Support daily operations of CRM: VIP point reward programme and enquiries from shops or members
- Support in report generation
- Handle daily operations of the gift order platform
- Monitor and re-order gift inventory, conduct stock-take
- Communicate with all the internal parties for the logistics for gift redemption
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned |

Qualifications Requirement: Asso. Degree or High Diploma
Experience Requirement: 1 Year |
Computer Application: Skilled |
Language Proficiency: Cantonese / Fluent English / Fluent Mandarin / General |
| Others: |
- Higher diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing or other related disciplines
- A self-starter and good team player with multi-tasking and good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills when working with internal or external parties
- Working experience in retail or jewellery industry is preferred
- Excel formula skills and report presentation skills are plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is preferred
