- Assist in reviewing lease agreements and support leasing activities, including landlord communication and basic negotiation
- Help maintain relationships with local authorities, agents, contractors, and other business contacts, and conduct market research as needed
- Work closely with the Project team on renovation projects, including planning, scheduling, and design coordination
- Provide support in overseeing renovation, repair, and maintenance to ensure compliance with building rules and regulations
- Assist in property acquisition and disposal processes under supervision
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required |

| 職位詳情： |
- University degree in property management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Basic understanding of the shop property market
- Knowledge of property regulations and compliance issues
- Well organized, detail-oriented, with strong commercial awareness
- Mature, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance
- Good written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Strong ability in documentation tasks including professional email replies and correspondence with landlords
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Occasional traveling if needed
**Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer**
