| 職位詳情： |
- Prepare timely and accurate management reports to support management decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic Business Reviews, Annual Budgets, KPI target setting, and rolling forecasts.
- Gather financial and non-financial data from peers competitors, reconcile with company records and provide variance analysis with insights to support management decision-making.
- Support the preparation of interim and annual announcements, including Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) reports.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence dashboards to improve data visibility and accessibility.
- Calculate Return on Investment (ROI) for lease renewal proposals for different stakeholders to support management decision-making
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required |

| 職位詳情： |
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in management accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Strong sensitivity to numbers, data with a careful mindset and high accuracy in analysis and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Good proficiency in PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience using BI tools (Power BI) for data analysis and visualization is a plus.
- Good team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests
- Immediately available is preferred
**Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Finance Officer (Management Accounting)**
