| 職位詳情： |
- Plan and organize all marketing activities, CRM campaigns, workshops or events to enhance members’ engagement and loyalty
- Manage CRM system and membership database
- Support daily operations of CRM: VIP point reward programme and enquiries from shops or members
- Handle daily operations of the gift redemption platform and logistics
- Monitor and re-order gift inventory, conduct stock-take
- Communicate with all the internal parties for the logistics for gift redemption
- Generate reports and perform analysis
- Liaise with partners for joint promotions and contract arrangements
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned |

| 職位詳情： |
- Bachelor or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing or other related disciplines
- Excellent communication skills when working with internal or external parties
- Analytical minded, sensitive to figures and creative
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Advance excel, formula skills and report presentation skills are preferred
- Working experience in retail or jewellery industry is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is preferred
