- Provide a full spectrum of company secretarial duties for private companies incorporated in Hong Kong and other overseas jurisdictions within the Group
- Maintain effective filing and retrieval systems for all company statutory books and records
- Assist in organising and preparing board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings
- Assist in preparing annual/interim reports, circulars, announcements, SFO filings and other related/administrative matters
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team and assist in ad-hoc projects |

| 職位詳情： |
- Degree holder in Corporate Governance, Business, Language or any relevant discipline(s)
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a professional firm and/or listed company
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
- Student or graduate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute or The Chartered.Governance Institute will be an advantage
- Experience with “CSA Expert” will be an advantage
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
